September 16, 2016 - Notice is hereby given that a Special meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court will be held on the 19th day of September, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:
1. Public Comments on Agenda items.
2. Approve and adopt 2016-2017 budget.
3. Approve and adopt 2016-2017 tax rate.
4. Consider tabled bids on air conditioning.
5. Consider tabled bids on gravel/rock.
6. Discuss and possibly take action on competitive bidding procedures.
7. Adjourn
