August 12, 2026 - Excelsior ISD is pleased to inform our community that we will be implementing the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) under the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program for the 2026–2027 school year.
As a CEP district, meal applications are no longer required.
Through CEP, Excelsior ISD will provide healthy breakfast and lunch each day at no charge to ALL students enrolled in our district throughout the 2026–2027 school year.
