January 27, 2026 - Pine Grove Nursing Center is currently looking for health status vendors to present a booth at our upcoming Health Fair on February 23rd from 10am-12 noon.
We are specifically seeking representatives in the following areas: Nutritional Health, Environmental Health, Mental Health, Spiritual Health, Physical Health, and Emotional Health.
If you are interested—or if you know someone who would be a great fit—please have them call 936-598-6286 and ask for our Wellness Department for more information. We would love to partner with our community to make this event a success!
January 22, 2026 - Pine Grove Nursing Center is excited to announce that we will be hosting a Health Fair and Blood Drive on Monday, February 23rd at 10am.
This event will be a great opportunity for residents, families, and community members to learn more about health, wellness, and the services available to support a healthy lifestyle. We are also proud to offer a blood drive as part of this event, giving everyone a chance to help make a difference in our community.
