Notice is hereby given that the Shelby County Commissioners Court will conduct a Public Auction, in person, for the sale of surplus and salvage property belonging to the Sheriff’s Office and Road & Bridge Department.

Terms of Sale:
- Auction will be conducted in person; no online or proxy bids accepted.
- All items sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no warranties, express or implied.
- Payment due in full at time of sale by cash, cashier’s check, or certified funds.
- Successful bidders must remove purchased items within 5 business days.

This sale is conducted pursuant to Texas Local Government Code §263.152, authorizing the disposition of surplus and salvage county property by public auction.
