March 13, 2026 - Timpson Area Chamber of Commerce (TACC) celebrated in a ribbon cutting event with O’Reilly Auto Parts on March 13, 2026.
Members of the community gathered with the TACC to welcome O’Reilly Auto Parts to the location and they had an official ribbon cutting at the entrance of the business.
Paul Smith, TACC President, shared his excitement for the business joining the community in Timpson.
“We’re happy that O’Reilly’s chose to come to Timpson to put a store in and we want to try and support them,” said Smith.
“We wish them all the success,” said Debra Smith, Timpson mayor.
The business has had its doors open since November 21, 2025. Billy Moore, Store Manager, introduced members of the staff working at O’Reilly’s Auto Parts in Timpson including MaKayla Baker, Assistant Manager; Calvin Estes, Assistant Manager; Kent Brown, Retail Service Specialist; Brandon Holt, Delivery Specialist; Trish Goodrum, Merchandiser; and John Nutter, District Manager.
Immediately following the ribbon cutting, Moore presented Debra Smith with a check on behalf of O'Reilly's Auto Parts toward the Timpson Food Bank.
The business is open Monday - Saturday from 7:30am until 9pm and Sunday from 9am until 7pm.
