July 27, 2026 - Commissioner Roscoe McSwain announces that County Road 1005 will be closed tomorrow, July 28, 2026, from 10am till 3pm between County Road 1024 and Short Church for culvert replacement.
This area of the roadway will be impassable until the project is complete.
Drivers are encouraged to plan a different route until that time.
