September 4, 2025 - Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court will be held on the 10th day of September, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:
1. Approve the minutes of: Aug 6th Special Meeting, August 13th Regular Meeting, August 20th Special Meeting, andAugust 27th Special Meeting.
2. Approve weekly expenses.
3. Approve current payroll.
4. Public comments on agenda item.
5. Approve officers report.
6. Discuss and possibly amend the contract with Kologiksoftware system for the benefit of the Sheriff’s Department.
7. Commissioners’ Court Reports: These are for informational purposes only. Any action that needs to be taken on the basis of these reports will be placed on a future agenda for action.
