April 22, 2022 - Notice is hereby given that a Special meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court will be held on the 27th day of April, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:
1. Approve and pay weekly expenses.
2. Public comments on Agenda item.
3. Approve current payroll.
4. Open sealed bids for renovating the Adult Probation building.
5. Open sealed bids on updating the records building.
6. Discuss and consider administrating state funds for the Shelby County Soil and Water Conservation District in the amount of $250,000.00 to be used for site 7 Flood Control Dam located between Timpson and Garrison in Precinct 4.
7. Discuss, consider, and select engineering service provider(s) to complete project implementation for the American Rescue Plan Act (ARP Act) funding administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, other Federal or State Agency.
8. Take action to recognize Miscellaneous income for Road & Bridge PCT 2, 3, 4 and increase revenue receive from asset sales and County infrastructure Fund (CTIF).
9. Adjourn.
