October 23, 2025 - Notice is hereby given that a Special meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court will be held on the 29th day of October, 2025 at 9:30 am in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:
1. Approve Weekly Expenses.
2. Public comments on agenda item.
3. Discuss and possibly take action on the current burn ban.
4. Accept and record the Judicial Education Record for Judge Harbison for her educational requirements.
5. Discuss and possibly approve the quote from 4C Electrical for repair, adding extra circuits and adding receptacles within the Sheriff’s Office.
6. Record the FY2025 Shelby County Jail Commissary expenditure audit per Local Government Code 351.0415.
7. Discuss FY2025 Cash Carryforward and take action to amend PCT 1 Road & Bridge FY2026.
8. Discuss FY2025 Cash Carryforward and take action to amend PCT 2 Road & Bridge FY2026.
9. Discuss FY2025 Cash Carryforward and take action to amend PCT 3 Road & Bridge FY2026.
10. Discuss FY2025 Cash Carryforward and take action to amend PCT 4 Road & Bridge FY2026.
