September 30, 2025 - Shelby County Outreach Ministries (SCOM) doesn’t want you to miss your chance to win a 2025 Polaris Sportsman 4-wheeler! The drawing for our exciting ATV fundraiser will be held this Saturday, October 4th, at the annual Poultry Festival. Tickets are $20 each or 6 tickets for $100.
Tickets can be purchased at Shelby County Outreach Ministries office or at our booth at the Poultry Festival from October 2nd through the 4th. All proceeds from the raffle will go directly to helping feed the hungry and assist the needy in our community.

August 6, 2025 - Shelby County Outreach Ministries has kicked off its ATV raffle fundraiser, offering community members the exciting chance to win a new 2025 Polaris Sportsman 4-Wheeler. All proceeds from the raffle will help feed the hungry and assist the needy in Shelby County. We are currently feeding up to 500 families each month through emergency food boxes. We also have up to 216 seniors on our senior feeding programs.

- Price: Tickets are $20 each or can be purchased in a value pack of 6 tickets for $100.

The winning ticket will be drawn on October 4th, 2025 at the 2025 East Texas Poultry Festival. The winner does not need to be present to win and will be contacted by phone. The winner is responsible for the tax, title, and transfer fees. For more information, call 936-598-4990.
