September 5, 2025 - The Shelby Soil and Water Conservation District No. 449 Board of Directors hereby orders and gives notice of an election for the purpose of electing one director for Subdivision 5. In accordance with provisions of V.T.C.A., Agriculture Code, Section 201.073, qualified voters of the above-named district will assemble October 2, 2025, at 9am at the USDA Office, 158 Cass Caid, Center, Texas, to conduct the election.
Early voting by personal appearance for eligible voters will begin on Monday, September 15, 2025, and continue each weekday through Friday, September 26, 2025, from 8am to 4:30pm at the USDA Office, 158 Cass Caid, Center, Texas. Early voting shall also be conducted on Saturday, September 20, 2025, from 8am to 4:30pm at the USDA Office, 158 Cass Caid, Center, Texas.
