August 25, 2026 - Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the governing body of the City of Timpson will be held on the 28th day of August, 2026 at 4pm at City Hall, 456 Jacob St., Timpson, Texas, at which time the following subjects will be considered, to-wit:
Discuss and possibly take action: Discuss and possibly approve the Minutes from the August 24, 2026 EDC Meeting.
Discuss and possibly take action: Discuss and possibly approve Goodwin-Lasiter to proceed with advertising for construction bids for the 2025 EDC Streets Project.
Adjourn.
The Council reserves the right to retire into executive session concerning any of the items listed on this agenda whenever it is considered necessary and is legally justified under the Open Meetings Act.
