August 16, 2017 - The mother of the missing teen reports that she has been found. According to communication from Rachel Renau, her daughter is once again with her family.

August 1, 2017 - August has arrived and the countdown to school starting is here! Center ISD and Center Christian Academy are the first schools to start back on August 14th followed by Joaquin ISD a week later on August 21st, and the remaining schools in the county starting August 28th.

July 24, 2017 - Runnels is no longer being sought as law enforcement officials are reporting his capture.

According to the Shelby County District Attorney's office, after a week long search, sex offender Donald Runnels has been captured. Runnels absconded last week before his trial was to begin. The investigations division of the Shelby County District Attorney's Office then began to track Mr. Runnels.
