September 28, 2020 - Friday night during the pregame coronation ceremonies, the Timpson High School 2020 Homecoming Queen was announced to be Kay'Unna Curtis. Congratulations Ms. Curtis!
The Timpson Bears went on to defeat the James Bowie Pirates 55 to 6.
September 23, 2020 - Tenaha ISD has announced restrictions for pep rally activities. Attention parents and community! Due to COVID 19 precautions this Friday’s pep rally will be closed to the public. This includes parents and family members.
Tenaha ISD will be going Live at 2:50 for those that can’t attend.
September 21, 2020 - State Highway 87 (SH 87) North just over 3 miles south of Timpson was the scene of a major one-vehicle crash Monday, September 21, 2020 which left a man trapped beneath the vehicle.
September 18, 2020 - Timpson ISD has reported two more cases of COVID-19 on the high school campus as of Friday, September 18, 2020.
According to information released by the school, Timpson ISD must report two cases of COVID-19 this week at Timpson High School.
Each student has been quarantined and the areas have been cleaned and sanitized. Relevant information has been reported to the State Health Department.
