November 19, 2015 - Members of Tenaha Masonic Lodge #737 presented Tenaha Elementary school students with Tooth Decay kits from the Fantastic Teeth program on Tuesday, November 17, 2015.
Denetra Slaughter's First Grade class were the recipients of the kits which were presented to them by Les Gill, Ron Barker, Brenda Agnew, Jerry Agnew and Larry Terry.

November 17, 2015 - Due to the heavy rains which have developed in Shelby County, some roadways are becoming flooded. The roads which are currently being reported as having some flooding are U.S. Highway 84 in Joaquin, U.S. Highway 84 West leaving Timpson heading toward Mt. Enterprise, and a viewer has reported State Highway 87 North heading out of Timpson.
