April 1, 2026 - In accordance with the Texas Local Government Code, §152.905, notice is hereby given that the 123rd District Court will conduct a public hearing on April 10, 2026, at 10am in the courtroom of the 123rd District Court located on the 3rd floor of the Shelby County Judicial Center, 200 San Augustine St., Center, Texas 75935. The purpose of this meeting is to set compensation for the Shelby County Auditor for Fiscal Year 2026.
February 27, 2024 - The following individuals failed to appear for a mandatory court appearance on Monday, February 26. Please contact the 123rd Judicial District Court no later than 12-noon on Friday, March 1, or a warrant will issue for your arrest:
December 7, 2020 - The 123rd Judicial District Court Felony Arraignment hearings scheduled for Tuesday, December 8, 2020, are CANCELLED. Defendants need not appear.
