May 26, 2016 - On June 14th, we will commemorate the adoption of our countries flag with 13 stars and stripes to represent our nation and our founding colonies. With 50 stars in our current flag, our pride for our country stays strong.
May 13, 2016 Austin, TX - Senator Robert Nichols (R-Jacksonville) announced the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) is accepting applications for a grant award for early warning systems. In light of significant and deadly flooding events over the past year, TWDB has made it a priority to enhance the abilities of communities to warn citizens and respond to flood emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
