December 13, 2022 - Due to the threat of severe weather conditions in the area, Tenaha ISD will release at the end of 7th period today, Tuesday, December 13th at 2:31pm. Buses will be rolling by 2:35pm. Basketball games for this evening are postponed until tomorrow at 5pm.
November 7, 2022 - The Tenaha Tigers will play Deweyville in the first round of the playoffs. This game will be played Friday, November 11, 2022 at 7:00 pm in Woodville at Eagle Stadium. Kick-off is set for 7pm. Tickets will be sold at the gate for $5 for adult tickets and $3 for students.
November 3, 2022 - Tenaha Independent School District will host "A Salute to Our Veterans" on Friday, November 11th at 9am, in the TISD Cafetorium. We would like to cordially invite all area Veterans to join us as we recognize the sacrifices and dedication they and so many others have made to our nation. This morning will be one to recognize, remember, honor and salute...we will have special performances by our TES 2nd & 3rd grade Elementary students, our BETA Club members, and Ms. Christina Leary, along with a reception to follow.
November 2, 2022 - Due to the potential for inclement weather in the area later this week, Tenaha ISD's athletic schedule has been adjusted as follows:
Junior High Tigers vs Overton - Rescheduled for today (Wednesday, Nov. 2nd) at 5pm in The Pit (there will be one game played)
Varsity Tigers at Overton - Rescheduled for Thursday, November 3rd with 7 pm Kick-off

October 13, 2022 - Tenaha High School announces the 2022 Homecoming duchesses and sweethearts. On Saturday, October 15, 2022 the new queen will be crowned by the 2021 Reigning Queen Christal Sparks during the coronation ceremony at 6:30pm before the Tenaha Tigers play the Alto Yellowjacks in the homecoming game at 7pm. The homecoming parade is at 2pm.
October 7, 2022 - Tenaha High School announces the Hall of Honor Inductees for the Class of 2022 are Mr. Jack Erwin and Coach Terry Ward. They both will be honored during an induction ceremony and introduced to the Tenaha homecoming crowd on Saturday, October 15, 2022 during pregame activities at 6:30pm.
