City of Timpson Accepting Sealed Bids on Heavy Equipment

February 19, 2026 - The City of Timpson is accepting sealed bids on heavy equipment. Both are sold “As Is.” No warranty is expressed or implied for either vehicle.

Vehicles are available for inspection, Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm at City Hall.

All sealed bids MUST be received by 5pm March 16, 2026 and shall be addressed to: City of Timpson Equipment Bid, City Secretary, 456 Jacob Street, Timpson, TX 75975. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the City Council Meeting, Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at 5:30pm.

City of Timpson Accepting Contract Bids for Lawn Care

February 18, 2026 - The City of Timpson is accepting contract bids for mowing, weed trimming, and debris removal associated with routine lawn care. Property specifics are available at Timpson City Hall.

All submitted bids must be in a sealed envelope and received no later than 5pm, March 16, 2026.
