May 25, 2026 - The East Texas Whistle-Stop Tour with Democratic Candidates is coming to Shelby County on Monday, May 25 around 4pm. The stop will be in the Ivan Smith parking lot area. Four candidates who are on the ballot are expected be there. Weather permitting.

May 5, 2026 - I would like to thank everyone that voted for me in the Shelbyville School Board election. I appreciate the vote very much. I didn't win. But I ran. I will be ready for the next time. Have a great day and thank you again.

March 16, 2026 - Shelby County Democratic Party Convention is Saturday, March 21, 2026 at Las Margaritas Restaurant, 110 Nacogdoches Street, Center, TX 75935.

Registration starts at 12 noon with convention call to order at 12:30pm.

January 12, 2026 - The Shelby County Democratic monthly meeting is scheduled for Thursday, January 15, 2026, at 6pm.
