May 3, 2025 - Saturday, May 3rd, is the last day of the Fannie Brown Booth Library Spring Book Sale. Books will be priced at a bag of books for $1. The Library will be open 10am to 2pm.

May 1, 2025 - All books at the Fannie Brown Booth Library book sale will be half price on Friday, May 2nd. Hardbacks will be $.50 and paperbacks will be $.25. We still have a good variety of books. Come and look.

November 1, 2024 - Fannie Brown Booth Memorial Library will be closed from November 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024, for our renovation project.

During those months, we will be removing books to store, removing shelves, removing carpet, installing new carpet, and installing new lights. We will also be installing new shelves and rearranging the areas of the library. We will have new children's, teen, and reading areas. If you would like to volunteer to help pack up books, please call the library at 598-5522.

October 25, 2024 - Today, October 25, 2024 is half-price day at the Fannie Brown Booth Library Fall Book Sale. There is still a large selection of books available.

July 22, 2024 - The Fannie Brown Booth Memorial Library announces there will be no Crochet for Summer, Preschool Story Time, or Crafternoons this week at the Fannie Brown Booth Library. Also, there will not be an Awards party this week.

June 13, 2024 - The Fannie Brown Booth Library staff got a surprise visit from 8-year-old Ella Lewis on June 13, 2024. Ella wanted to help her Library and was inspired to have a lemonade stand.

She donated the proceeds to the Library.
