Center Elementary Kicks Off the Watch D.O.G.S. Program

October 17, 2016 - October 25th at 6pm in the CES Cafeteria, dads and kids of the CES will enjoy a Pizza Party to kick off a innovative father involvement program called Watch D.O.G.S. The Watch D.O.G.S (Dads Of Great Students) Program is open to students and fathers/father figures of Center Elementary 1st graders.

Tennis Complex To Be Named After Coach Leon Dykes

October 17, 2016 - The ribbon cutting for the recently named "Coach Leon Dykes CISD Tennis Complex" will be held on October 31, at 12:15 p.m. following a resolution voted on by the Center ISD school board Thursday.

District Champion Tennis Team Heads to Area

October 14, 2016 - The Tennis Team will be in Longview, Monday October 17th, to begin their playoff run with their Area Quarterfinals match up against Gladewater.

The Riders are 10-4 and headed into the Area tournament as District 16 Champions playing against the 4th place District 15 finisher in Gladewater.

Quarterfinal match up will begin at 9am at Longview HS and the winner will advance to the Area Semifinals at 1pm in the same location.

Center FFA Begins Pecan Sale

October 11, 2016 - The annual Center FFA Pecan Sale begins today, October 11th. Prices are up this year because of severe freezes and supply issues, but the pecans will arrive before Thanksgiving.

The pecan sale will end November 3rd. To order, please contact a Center FFA member.

Center HS Picture Day is Oct. 13th

October 10, 2016 - CHS grades 9-11 will take their yearbook photos on Thursday, October 13.

Order forms have been sent home with students. The order form contains many packages, but more options are available online. To order, use the ID number on the form.
