December 22, 2021 - The Pine Terrace Property Owners Association are proud to announce the winners of the 2021 Christmas Lights contest. Donna Holt, president of the association, was excited about the number of Pine Terrace home owners who decorated this year which made it a hard decision to pick the winners. She expressed that so many did a wonderful job!
First place - Randy and Benita Collard Family
Second place - Ben and Nikki Postell Family
Third place - Jesus and Christy Rodriguez
Fourth place - Bob and Terri Latcher
Signs have been placed in the yards signifying the winners.
