Blake Lynn Choate, infant daughter of Christopher Wayne Choate and Shelby Lynn Choate,
passed away Monday, May 27, 2024, in Nacogdoches.
Graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, May 30, 2024, at White Rock Cemetery in
Center with Randy Harshberger o+ciating.
She is survived by:
Parents, Christopher Wayne Choate and Shelby Lynn Choate
Brother, Casper Choate
Many other family and friends who loved her.
Preceded in death by grandfather, Larry Choate.
