May 30, 2025 - Good Morning! It’s Friday, May 30.
As we come to the end of the week, and the close of the month of May, here are a few bite-sized thoughts, nuggets of truth, kernels of wisdom. Here are a few verses from the treasure trove of instruction - the Book of Proverbs.
9:10 - The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.
13:12 - There is a way that seems right to man, but in the end it leads to death.
16:9 - In his heart a man plans his course, but the Lord determines his steps.
10:19 - When words are many, sin is present, but he who holds his tongue is wise.
17:22 - A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.
14:34 - Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a disgrace to any people.
15:1 - A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger.
18:10 - The name of the Lord is a strong tower, the righteous run to it and are safe.
3:5-6 - Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your path.
