December 11, 2025 - Notice is hereby given that a Special meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court will be held on the 17th Day of December, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:
1. Approve weekly expenses.
2. Public comments on Agenda item.
3. Approve current payroll.
4. Approve Officers report.
5. Discuss and possibly approve the transfer of a Ford F150 Super Crew 4x4 pickup from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office to Commissioner Pct 3. (Vin # 1FTFWICFIBKE1939)
6. Discuss and possibly take action on the repair of the leak underneath the sidewalk located on the grounds of the Historical Courthouse.
