Betty Glaze, 84, of Stonewall, Louisiana, formerly of the Paxton Community of Shelby County, Texas, passed away Wednesday, January 21, 2026, in Shreveport, Louisiana.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center, Texas, with visitation beginning at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Johnson Cemetery in Joaquin, Texas.
Born February 13, 1941, Betty is the daughter of Oca Moody and Dena Harvey Moody. Known as Granny to her loved ones, she enjoyed playing dominos and Rummikub. She was an extraordinary cook. You never left her house hungry. Granny had a servant’s heart and loved to do for others.
