Jason Lewis, 46, of McAlester, Oklahoma, formerly of Center, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, in Loyal, Wisconsin.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 31, 2026, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center, Texas. Visitation will begin at 2:00 PM, followed by the funeral service at 4pm, with interment to follow at Oaklawn Memorial Cemetery. The service will be officiated by Bro. JC Lewis.
Jason was born on July 30, 1979, in Baytown, Texas, to Garland and Laurie Lewis. He was a kind soul with a gentle spirit, known for his quiet nature and the warmth he showed to others. Jason worked for many years as a surveyor and, more recently, became disabled due to rheumatoid arthritis.
Jason is survived by:
Brother, JC Lewis and wife Brandy
Nieces and nephew: Anna, Emma, and Caspian Lewis
Father, Garland Lewis
He was preceded in death by his mother, Laurie Lewis.
Pallbearers will be Matt Wood, Ed Johnson, Jerry Lewis, Richard Teague, Bobo Cummings, and Blake Cummings.
Honorary pallbearers will be Wayne Wood, Luke Gower, Dewayne Lewis, and Kenion Lewis.
Jason will be remembered for his gentle heart, quiet strength, and the love he shared with family and friends.
