Patricia Johnson Moore

02/12/2026

Patricia Johnson Moore—a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, friend, and a Redeemed Vessel of the Lord—was called home to the Master’s table on January 26, 2026, her 68th birthday.

Visitation is from 1pm to 6pm on Friday, February 13 2026 at Community Funeral Home chapel in Center. Funeral service is at 1m on Saturday, February 14, 2026 at Triumph The Church and Kingdom of God and Christ in Center, Texas with Bishop Howard Cloudy Sr., officiating.

Born as the fifth child to the late Mr. Noble and Pauline Johnson, Patricia’s life was a testament to "grace upon grace."

Raised in the nurture and admonition of the Lord, she established a firm foundation of faith that held her and her family together like the golden bars of the Tabernacle. In a divine display of biblical symmetry, her earthly journey began and ended on the same day—a completed circle of God’s perfect design.

A Legacy of Faith
Patricia’s greatest joy and her "crown of purpose" was her devotion to God as a Redeemed Daughter and the love she had for her children,  grandchildren, her family and her friends. She possessed a true servant’s heart, reflecting Christ’s selfless love through over 20 years of dedicated hard work at Tyson Foods, and later served as a cook at various restaurants thoughout Shelby County, TX. As a wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and a friend, she left behind a legacy of faith that continues to move mountains in the lives of those she touched.

The Master’s Work
A faithful member of her church and a Redeemed Vessel of God, Patricia was known for her joyful spirit and her willingness to serve. Whether through a moment of laughter, her intentional presence, or helping in the fellowship hall, she was a joy to many. Her final days were marked by a holy preparation—what her family treasures as her "Last Supper"—including a divine foot-washing ceremony that mirrored the humble service of her Savior.
