June 12, 2026 - Notice is hereby given that a Special meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court will be held on the 17th day of June, 2026 at 9:30am in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:
1. Approve and pay weekly expenses.
2. Approve and pay current payroll.
3. Public comments on Agenda item.
4. Discuss and possibly approve Resolution Amending Authorized Representatives for the Shelby County Tex Pool account.
5. Howard Hall with TAC to address the Commissioners Court regarding Risk and Safety measures.
6. Commissioners' Court Reports: These are for informational purposes only. Any action that needs to be taken on the basis of these reports will be placed on a future agenda for action.
