For every firearm purchased, the purchaser must complete an ATF 4473 FORM and PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK. A valid government issued photo ID or Texas License to Carry is required at the time of purchase.
Purchasers must be at least 18 years old to purchase a long gun and at least 21 years old to purchase a handgun.
