June 26, 2026 - Notice is hereby given that a Special meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court will be held on the 1st day of July, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:
1. Approve and pay weekly expenses.
2. Approve current payroll.
3. Public comments on Agenda item.
4. Discuss and possibly approve the Texas Association of Counties Blue Cross Blue Shield Group Health Insurance plan for FY2027.
5. Discuss and possibly approve a request, from adjoining land owners, to close County Road 2826 located in Shelby County, Texas; Plat is presented as Exhibit A and being attached to the written requests to close.
6. Discuss and possibly approve enrollment in mandatory AI Compliance training through TAC.
7. Commissioners' Court Reports: These are for informational purposes only. Any action that needs to be taken on the basis of these reports will be placed on a future agenda for action.
