What’s the greatest book in the Bible? There’s many possible answers to that question since each person’s choice would be pretty subjective. Some would probably say Psalms. Others might say Revelation or the Gospel of John (my choice). But recently a large group of theologians were asked this question and the most votes for greatest Bible book went to . . . Romans.
A good choice, certainly. This scripture powerhouse, penned by the Apostle Paul, may have more verse for verse spiritual truth than any of the other 65 books in the Word. And if Romans is the greatest book, then perhaps its eighth chapter is the greatest chapter. And verse 28, its greatest verse. You know it. “And God works all things for good to those who love Him and are called according to His purpose”.
Great words. A great promise. A great comfort.
