Barbara Bowlin Scott, 85, of Haslam, TX, passed away on Friday, July 31, 2026, at East Texas Hospice Care in Tyler, TX.
She and Bobby managed and operated Eddie’s Service Station after her mother’s retirement.
Barbara is survived by:
Her only grandson, Merit Campbell, who is the last of her family legacy.
In addition, she is survived by her only son, Donny Campbell, and stepdaughter Terri Scott Foley.
Her lifelong best friend, Susie Lum Ezernack, the members of Joaquin Senior Citizens and members of the Logansport Missionary Baptist Church.
She remained a devoted Presbyterian throughout her life and was baptized along with her parents.
An only child, Barbara was proceeded in death by her parents, Mack Edward “Eddie” Bowlin and Doris Ware Bowlin.
And, beloved husband, Bobby Scott.
A Memorial Service for her friends will be held at a later date.
