Rosa Lee Shofner, 92, of Center, Texas, passed away on March 26, 2026, surrounded by her loved ones at home. She was born on March 17, 1934, in Huxley, Texas, to the late Jim Vaughn and Gladys (Snider) Vaughn.
Funeral service will be held at 2PM on Sunday, March 29, 2026, at Mangum Funeral Home, 420 San Augustine St., Center, Texas, with Bro. Kevin Windham and Lynn Raymond officiating. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Park.
Visitation will be held prior to the service beginning at 12:30PM at Mangum Funeral Home.
Rosa was a devoted lifelong member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Huxley.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 63 years, James R. Shofner; daughter, Janet Wilburn; son-in-law, Mike Wilburn; parents, Jim and Gladys Vaughn; brother, JC Vaughn; sister, Doris Parker; and in-laws, Martin and Bessie Fleming Shofner.
Pallbearers serving will be Rex Johnson, Kyle Warner, David Butler, Rhett Butler, Guner Youngblood, and Clay Vaughn.
Honorary pallbearers will be Rosa’s nephews.
