August 6, 2026 - Governor Greg Abbott today announced $3,307,000 in Funds for Veterans’ Assistance (FVA) grants have been awarded to 13 organizations in the East Texas region as part of the Texas Veterans Commission (TVC) Grants Across Texas Tour. Administered by TVC, the funding will provide services to an estimated more than 1,900 local veterans.
