April 1, 2026 - Center High School saw great success at the UIL Academic Conference 4A District 17 meet on Friday, March 27 competing against Bullard, Hudson, Madisonville, Palestine, and Rusk. Individual top three finishers and members of first place teams will advance to the 4A Region 3 meet at Stephen F. Austin State University on April 25. They will be joined by the Current Events team, which qualified as the regional wild card by finishing as the highest scoring second place team in the region. Good luck to our advancing competitors!
