April 28, 2026 - The smell of slow-smoked brisket is about to become a staple in Tenaha, Texas as Beaner’s BBQ officially open its doors at 118 N. Bowers Street.
Please join Shelby County Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors and Jody and Juan Garza, owners of Beaner’s BBQ, at a New Business Ribbon Cutting on Monday, May 18th at 11am. The community is invited to attend, to celebrate, meet the team and sample delicious food.
Locally owned and operated, Beaner’s BBQ will be serving up classic Texas barbecue – brisket, smoked sausage, chicken and pulled pork. The menu also features homemade sides, fresh desserts and weekly specials.
Whether it is a quick lunch, family dinner or catering for special events, Beaner’s BBQ aims to become a go-to spot for locals and visitors. Beaner’s will be open 7 days a week.
