September 15, 2025 - The Shelby County Chamber of Commerce and Ambassadors are proud to welcome the newest Chamber member, Elite Hospice and Palliative Care. A New Member Ribbon Cutting for Elite Hospice and Palliative Care will be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at 1pm, at A Pineywoods located at 919 Nacogdoches highway. Community member and healthcare partners are invited to join the Ribbon Cutting.
Elite Hospice and Palliative Care provides a full range of hospice services including: Physician plan of care oversight and visits; nursing care; certified nurse aides; 24 hour clinical support; spiritual counseling; palliative care; dietary counseling; physical, speech and occupational therapy evaluations; social worker services; family bereavement and grief support; volunteer services and care coordination including medication management, medical equipment and supplies and stays at skilled nursing facilities.
