June 16, 2026 - The Fannie Brown Booth Library announces this week’s programs for the Summer Reading Program, “Unearth a Story.”
Tuesday, June 16
at 10:30am, Crafts for grades Kindergarten-3rd
at 4pm, Beginner Junk Journals
Wednesday, June 17
at 10:30am, Preschool Storytime, ages 2-5
at 12:30pm, Adult Crafternoon
Thursday, June 18
at 10:30am Creature Teacher, ages 5-13
at 2pm Creature Teacher
There will be two sessions of Creature Teacher on Thursday. However, due to limited space, you must sign up to attend either the morning or afternoon program by Wednesday, June 17. Please call the Library at 936-598-5522 to register.
The library Summer Reading programs are sponsored by the Center Noon Lion’s club.
The Fannie Brown Booth Library will be closed Friday, June 19 and Saturday June 20 in observance of the Juneteenth holiday.
