February 16, 2026 - The Shelby County Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors invite the community to celebrate the Grand Opening of Pineywoods Home Loans, the newest Chamber member, with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Wednesday, February 25 at 11am.
Pineywoods Home Loans is a primary example of what a dream, coupled with hard work, can produce.
Jennifer Ferguson, owner of Pineywoods Home Loans, has a passion for educating her clients throughout the process of buying a home. Jennifer and her staff work hard to make sure their client’s dream of home ownership come true.
Pineywoods Home Loan offers a variety of products including FHA, VA and USDA loans. They offer competitive interest rates, quick service and fast approvals.
Jennifer is a lifelong resident of Shelby County. She has a Bachelor of Finance from SFA. She and her husband, Willis, have been married for 20 years and together have six children.
Pineywoods Home Loans is available from 9am – 5pm, Monday thru Friday in office to answer questions that a borrower may have. After hours and weekend appointments are available. They are located at 333 Tenaha Street (next to Dairy Queen).
