June 29, 2026 - The community is invited to celebrate patriotism, history and family fun during a special Shelby County Stars and Stripes Morning on Saturday, July 11, from 10am to 1pm on the Historic Courthouse Grounds.

The performance will include the singing of six of our nation’s anthems along with the background for each of the anthems and quotes and perspective from the Founding Fathers.

The Shelby County Fire Fighters Association will have a number of fire trucks on site for children, and adults, to tour. The Fire Fighters Association will also be selling chopped pork sandwiches for $10 a plate, starting at 11am.
Shelby County Stars and Stripes Dau is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our nation’s values, honor local history and enjoy a day of fellowship with family and friends.
