October 21, 2026 - Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the governing body of the City of Timpson will be held on the 26th day of October, 2026 at 5:30pm at City Hall, 456 Jacob St., Timpson, Texas, at which time the following subjects will be considered, to-wit:
Discuss and possibly take action: Discuss and possibly approve to solicit bids for the 2015 Chevrolet truck.
Discuss and possibly take action: Discuss and possibly approve to pay off W/S loans ending in 6377 and 6033 as well as the EDC loan ending 6057 and borrow against CD for the consolidated loan.
Discuss and possibly take action: Discuss and possibly approve minimum water rate increase, $10/residents and $25/commercial, effective December 2026 billing cycle.
