James Antioch Community Monthly Gathering

January 6, 2023 - The James Antioch Community will have their monthly gathering on Saturday, January 21, 2023 at 5:30pm. Meeting will be at the James Antioch Community building and will have a carry in dinner. There would be time for some games or visiting if you are interested. Come and help our community to be an interesting place to be.

WoodmenLife Chapter 250 To Meet Dec. 19

December 12, 2022 - WoodmenLife Chapter 250 will meet at the Shelby County Extension Office on Monday, December 19, 2022 at 6:00 pm. Members will finalize our plans for giving to charitable organizations. We will celebrate with a catered meal. Come to be acknowledged for what we accomplished this year.

James Antioch Community Meeting for November

November 16, 2022 - The James Antioch Community will have their monthly meeting on Saturday, November 19, 2022 at 5:3 pm. The group meets in the James Antioch Community Center and have a carry-in meal. Then there is time for games or visiting. There is a need to plan the Christmas gathering and discuss any business that comes to mind.

Meeting organizers hope to see a lot of their neighbors at the meeting.

James Antioch Community October Meeting

October 12, 2022 - The James Antioch Community will have their monthly gathering on October 15, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. We will meet at the James Antioch Community building, you will see the signs. Bring along your favorite food to share with everyone. There will be a short business meeting and then plenty of time to visit neighbors. We hope to see you there.

James Antioch Community September Meeting

September 8, 2022 - The James Antioch community will meet together on September 17, 2022 at 5:30pm.

We meet in the James Community Building. There will be signs to remind you. Please come and bring something to eat and be ready for a nice evening to visit with your neighbors.

We will organize activities for the coming year.

James Antioch Community Meeting Cancellation

May 13, 2022 - The James Antioch Community meeting that mostly meets the third Sat. of the month will need to be cancelled again for the month of May.

We may try to have a meeting in June. Sorry to have this break in meetings just before the summer months. Please keep this time open in your monthly schedule. In the meantime do enjoy graduation parties.

Smith Cemetery Association Annual Dinner on the Ground Fundraiser

April 19, 2022 - The Smith Cemetery Association will have their annual Dinner on the Ground - Fundraiser on Sunday, April 24, 2022 at 12:30. Members will bring food and be prepared for giving to support the upkeep of the grounds. There will be a short business to elect a committee to serve the following year. The Smith Cemetery is located just off HWY 7 E about 6 miles from Center.

James-Antioch Community March Meeting

March 14, 2022 - The James Antioch Community will have their monthly meeting on Saturday, March 19, 2022 at the Community Building.

Meeting begins at 5:30pm and after our business meeting we will have our supper that everyone helps to provide.

We hope you will bring a covered dish and join us for a time of fellowship.

James Antiock Community Monthly Meeting

February 14, 2022 - The James Antiock Community will have their monthly meeting on Saturday, February 19, 2022 at the James Antioch Community Building. We will start at 5pm. There will be a carry-in-dinner, a short business meeting and a report on things that have happened the past 2 months. Please come and keep up with happenings in the community. See you then.

James-Antioch Cancels January Meeting

January 10, 2022 - There will not be a monthly meeting at the James Antioch Community building this Saturday, Jan. 15, 2022. We just wanted to take some time off while it is so cold.

Please keep the third Sat. open because we will plan to meet in February.
