September 18, 2023 - Mark your calendars for the next Shelby County Republican Club meeting which will be Tuesday, November 7th. We will meet at Las Margaritas Restaurant on the Square in Center. Eat (if you wish. Dutch Treat.) at 5:30 p.m. and meeting at 6:00 pm.

November 7 is also the date for the Constitutional Amendment Election. There are 14 propositions this go-around. Early Voting begins Monday, October 23.

August 8, 2023 - Our Congressman, Rep. Nathaniel Moran, will be in Center next Wednesday, August 9. There will be a "meet and greet" from 9am--9:45am at the Family Traditions Restaurant, 411 Hurst Street.

County Chair Porterfield will give a report on the status of the current Texas Legislative Session and Congressman Nathaniel Moran's Senior Advisor, Jalam Lewis, will give an update on the Federal Legislative Session, Rep. Moran's Committee assignments and the Border Security Bill he introduced.

December 20, 2022 - The Shelby County Republican Club recently delivered homemade Christmas goodies to local first responders to show appreciation for all they do. The goodies were well received!

October 4, 2022 - The next Shelby County Republican Club meeting will be Tuesday, October 4th. Their guest speaker will be Nathaniel Moran--our candidate for U.S. Congress. This is an important meeting, so make plans now to attend!
