February 26, 2019 - (Order Form) - The Center FFA Horse Judging Team will be competing at the Pinto World Championship Youth Horse Judging Contest in June in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  

Team members will be selling t-shirts to cover entry fees and costs associated with the contest Monday, February 25, 2019 through Friday, March 8, 2019.

February 12, 2019 - Center ISD extends scheduled Friday holiday to allow for a deep cleaning due to noticed escalation of illnesses with students and faculty. School is out Friday, February 15th through Tuesday, February 19th. Students will return on Wednesday, February 20th.

Extracurricular activities will continue as scheduled and a makeup day is not necessary.

Baseball Game Change
The baseball scrimmage on Tuesday February the 12th in Central Pollok has also been changed to Monday, February 11th. JV will be starting at 4:30 and Varsity at 5:30

February 7, 2019 - Blane Agnew and Co. from the CHS UIL Film Team advanced to the semifinals for the second year. He is now competing against 18 other schools in the division 1 narrative category. Top 6 advance to state from the semifinals.

In addition, Blane's film will be screened at the Cole Art Center (329 East Main St.) in downtown Nacogdoches on Saturday, February 23rd. This will be the second year his film was chosen to be screened by the Nacogdoches Film Festival. Best wishes to Blane and his crew.
