March 31, 2022 - Officials with the National Forests and Grasslands in Texas, Angelina and Sabine National Forests, have advised a prescribed burn today.

March 7, 2022 - The National Forests and Grasslands in Texas will conduct prescribed burn operations in the next few months.

The prescribed burn areas will be marked with signs as needed to include signboards and electronic road signs. Those near national forests may see smoke columns, reduced visibility in low-lying areas, and additional traffic along Forest Service roads.

March 2, 2022 - Officials with the National Forests and Grasslands in Texas, Sabine and Angelina National Forests, have advised two prescribed burns today locations:

February 17, 2022 – The National Forests and Grasslands in Texas waives day-use fees at recreation sites on February 21 for Presidents’ Day.

Day-use fees will be waived at:
