Jacksonville College Takes Win Over Panola College

November 25, 2015 - In spite of a strong performance from J'Lene Martinez on the offensive end with 12 points, Panola College lost to Jacksonville College 64-59.

Though Panola had a strong finish, putting up 19 points in the fourth quarter, it wasn't enough to make a comeback against Jacksonville.

Martinez got a rhythm and broke away to lead Panola College's offense with 12 points, with nine in the second half.

Laura Chavez nailed 3 shots beyond the arc and had 11 points on the game. Also putting in for Panola College were Kia Fisker & Teanna Frances Henderson (8 points apiece), Genesis Rivera & Amanda Cruz (7 points apiece), R'Trevia Randolph (4 points) going 4/4 from the free throw line and Destiney Johnson (2 points).

The Fillies will take action again Friday, November 27th against Tallahassee Community College at 3:00pm in the TVCC Budke/Serna Classic in Athens, TX.

 

Center ISD Provides Transporation to Roughrider Game

November 24, 2015 - CISD will have a fan bus going to Tyler for the 3rd round contest between our Roughriders and the Gilmer Buckeyes. You may call transportation until 4Pm 11/24 or from 8-10 am 11/25 for a seat. 598-2880 or 598-8366 $5 per adult, $3 per student and kids under 5 are free, all students under 15 must have an accompanying adult.

Roughriders to Face Buckeyes Friday

November 23, 2015 - The Center Roughriders will face the Gilmer Buckeyes on Friday, November 27th at Trinity Mother Francis Rose Stadium in Tyler, TX. Kickoff is set for 7:30 pm.

Center will be the visiting team. TMF Rose Stadium, 609 Fairpark, Tyler, TX 75702

Tenaha Tigers Regional Playoff Schedule

November 23, 2015 - Round three is set! Tenaha versus Normangee next Friday is on November 27, 2015 at 2pm in Palestine.

Shelbyville Regional Playoff Schedule

November 23, 2015 - Shelbyville regional playoff game is on November 27, 2015 at 7:30pm in Bullard vs Centerville. The Dragons are the Home team.

Roughrider Boys Basketball Game Cancellations

November 23, 2015 - The Roughriders boys basketball games scheduled for the 24th, 27th & 28th of November have been cancelled due to the fact that we are still in the hunt for the State football title.

Shelbyville Dragons Bi-District Champions

November 16, 2015 - The Shelbyville Dragons defeated the Big Sandy Wildcats in the Bi-District Championship game at Carthage High School Friday, November 13th.

The Dragons will play the Carlisle Indians Friday, November 20 at 7:30 pm at in the Area Championship game at Tatum High School. Admission is $6 (adult) $4 (student). Go Dragons! We Will Win!!

Roughrider Playoff Game Schedule

November 15, 2015 - Center will play in the Area Playoff Game November 20, 2015 at 7:30pm, Center vs. Fairfield, at Lobo Stadium, Longview, Texas. Center will be the visiting team. Tickets will be $8 for Adults $5 for Students. No pre-sale!!!
