2024 March Primary Sample Ballots

February 20, 2024 - Early voting in the 2024 March 5th Primary Elections began Tuesday at the Center Community House, 423 San Augustine Street, Center, Texas 75935. Early voting hours of operation are as follows:

February 5, 2024 - The 2024 Primary Election takes place on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 with early voting starting February 20, 2024 and ending March 1, 2024. Once again, in the county races all candidates filed to run on the Republican ticket. This means the results will be decided in the Primary Election and only one candidate's name will be listed on the November 5th General Election ballot.

Timpson ISD Advises All Clear After School Lockdown

January 30, 2024 - At 3:23pm on Tuesday, January 30, 2024, Timpson ISD posted on their Facebook page, "Timpson ISD was made aware of a potential situation in the area and went into a complete lockdown in a matter of seconds. The lockdown lasted for less than 10 minutes. At this time there is no threat to any Timpson ISD campus."
