August 22, 2016 - Beginning day for Joaquin ISD was a great day! We are excited about the beginning of a new year and what the future holds for each of our students. It was awesome to see old classmates and meet new classmates. What a great start!

Our enrollment opened with 5 more students than last year’s opening. Below is a chart showing the last 10 years of opening enrollments.

August 17, 2016 - The Joaquin football scrimmage to be held on Friday, August 19th, that was originally scheduled for a home game will be played at Logansport High School. 

Start time will remain the same at 6pm. Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for children. All proceeds will still the Joaquin Athletic Booster Club.

August 11, 2016 - Notice is hereby given that on the 15th day of August 2016 the Board of Trustees of the Joaquin School District will hold a regular meeting at 6:00 p.m., at the Administration building, Joaquin, Texas.

1.    Roll call, establishment of quorum, call to order – Joaquin ISD may have member(s) via video conference call – Texas Government Code Section 551.127 (See Attached Code)

August 10, 2016 - The scrimmage scheduled for August 12, 2016 at Woodville will begin at 5pm. The scrimmage scheduled for August 19, 2016 vs. Logansport at home will begin at 6pm.

July 26, 2016 - 1  The Joaquin ISD School Board met tonight in special session at 6:00 p.m. in the Joaquin Boardroom with the following members present:  Chrisco Bragg, Ronnie Belrose, Thomas Harvey,  Tam Hearnsberger and Jimmy Hamilton (Present video call)
